How Can a Painful Red Spot On The Hip Be Treated?
I have started having pain in my right hip when I sleep on my side if I lay in one position for too long at night, I m a side sleeper. Also, I notice sometimes there is a red mark on the hip that hurts when I get out of bed in the morning. I m a 56 year old female.
